Overview

Your Android phone's SIM as a voice API.

Place, answer and control real phone calls on an Android phone’s SIM, and stream their audio to your code or AI agent. Self-hosted: the base URL is your own server, usually a Tailscale Funnel or Cloudflare Tunnel address.

Authenticate with an API key from the console’s Settings page (or HTTP_GATEWAY_API_KEY from server/.env) as Authorization: Bearer <key> or x-api-key: <key>.

Errors use one shape: {"error": {"code": "DEVICE_OFFLINE", "message": "device is offline"}}.

Call audio uses WebSockets, which OpenAPI can’t describe; see the Agent streams and Media stream guides.
